摘要
通过对建立职工持股法律制度必要性和可能性的分析,得出职工持股法律制度的规制对象是以人力资本理论为基础、以分享企业利润为表现形式的职工持股行为的结论.
By analyzing the necessity and possibility of building ESOP, we can make an conclusion that the object which ESOP Law regualted is the Esop behaviour which is based on the theory of Human Capital and is presented by sharing enterprise's profit.
