摘要
应用生物素标记纯化的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF),建立藉抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物法(ABC法)检测TNF受体(TNFR)的技术,特异性和稳定性与目前常用的放射受体结合分析结果一致,可避免放射法污染缺点,适用于开展TNF和TNFR的实验研究。
The purified tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was labelled with biotin as biotinylated TNF(TNFB). A method for detecting TNFR was established using TNFR and avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC). The results showed good specificity and stability of this method, which was in agreement with that of the radio active receptor assay, but could avoid radioactivity contamination of the latter, It may be applicable to the experimental research of TNF and TNFR and of practical significance.
