不同堆肥处理猪粪温室气体排放与影响因子初步研究 被引量:51

摘要 利用封闭式测定箱对两种不同堆肥处理方式的猪粪产生的气体进行了取样,然后通过气相色谱分析仪对其所含二氧化碳(CO2)、氧化亚氮(N2O)、甲烷(CH4)进行了测定分析。参考其处理系统获得的温度、湿度、氧气浓度数据,结果表明,在相同条件下,二氧化碳的排放与猪粪内部的氧气状况密切相关,通风良好则排放量就大;而甲烷恰相反,缺氧与较高的湿度会促使甲烷排放;氧化亚氮是其硝化与反硝化过程的产物,若干湿交替,则会增加氧化亚氮的排放量,但其影响因子更为复杂。 Gas chromatographic method for determination of greenhouse gases including carbon dioxide,nitrous oxide,and methane released from two different composting modes of piggery excreta using a c losed box.It has been found that the r eleased amount of carbon dioxide was closely related with oxygen contents inside of the com post of the piggery excreta,namely,the better aeration,the more release carbon dioxide.In cont rast,the lower oxygen content and th e higher humidity,the higher amount of methane was re-leased.However,impacts of release d amount of nitrous oxide were complicated,as the compound is an intermed iate product between denitrification and nitrification processes.But,generally,the rele ased amount of nitrous oxide increased with alteration of dry and wet composting matrix.
