To utilize rice heterosis is a dialectical process of continual circulation and contradictory movement between practice and thinking. The rice heterosis theory has a great importance on heterosis utilization of other crops. From the evolution of the nature, the research on heterosis utilization in the futurer should be focused on the polyploid level of crops.
