摘要 介绍了基于Microchip公司的PIC16F877的智能型低压断路器原理及特点。该设备使用空芯电流互感器,分量程放大电路进行电流采样,在保证采样精度的前提下大大提高了电流的采样范围。利用PIC16F877单片机的优越性能,将数据采集、存储、外设控制、抑制干扰等功能集成到一块芯片中,同时采用了16×2字符型液晶作为显示器件,配合菜单式人机交互界面,实现了良好的人机交互。该设备的设计在抑制电磁干扰方面做了许多工作。 The theories and features of an intelligent low voltage tripper based on PIC16F877mi-cro-controller are introduced.It applies the hollow inductor to acquire the current signal and two amplifier circuits for different measuring ranges to extend the current sampling range with certain measure-ment accuracy.With the advanced performances of PIC16F877,the functions of data collection and store,peripheral control,interference restraint are integrated in one single chip.In addition,the16×2character LCD(Liquid Crystal Display),special keys and menu mode are used to realize friendly MMI (Man-Machine Interface).A lot of measures are applied in the design to restrain the electromagnetic interference.
