摘要
近几年来 ,化肥市场持续疲软 ,国内化肥生产厂的生产经营都面临着不同程度的困难。尤其以石脑油为原料的大化肥装置 ,因原料和燃料价格的上涨 ,都出现了严重亏损。笔者结合多年来的生产实践 ,提出依托企业联合优势 ,做好原料和燃料的优化 ,努力降低生产成本 ,同时通过外供氢气和液氨以分流产品 。
In recent years the chemical fertilizer market continues to be weak, and the production and operation of domestic chemical fertilizer plants meet with difficulties in varying degrees. In particular, the large chemical fertilizer units based on naphtha suffer heavy losses due to the increase in the price of feedstock and fuel. In the light of production practice for several years the writer proposes to rely on the superiority in the combination of enterprises, optimize the feedstock and fuel, and make efforts to reduce the production cost; also, the external supply of hydrogen and liquid ammonia to distribute products is one of the important measures for improving the operation effectiveness of the chemical fertilizer unit.
