摘要
在有机颜料的使用过程中 ,要求其具有微细的粒度和均匀的粒度分布 ,这就必须对有机颜料进行研磨分散。以难分散的酞菁绿颜料为例 ,讨论了影响研磨分散效果的各种因素 ,确定了该颜料最佳的研磨分散工艺条件 ,并将此工艺条件用于橙 - 43颜料的研磨分散 。
The grinding and dispersion of organic pigments are necessary to provide a fine particle size and uniform particle size distribution in the paint system.This article has discussed the factors influencing the dispersion effciency and finalized the optimum dispersion technology in terms of the phthalocyanine green that is difficult to be dispersed,and showed a good result for the dispersion of Orange-43 pigment.
