摘要
采用超重力法制备纳米CaCO3,在其表面包覆一层二氧化硅包膜 ,使其具有一定的耐酸性 ,可用于弱酸性阳极电泳漆。采用TEM和BET对包覆前后的纳米CaCO3的形貌、粒度大小和比表面积进行表征 ,并采用红外光谱研究了包覆前后的纳米CaCO3的表面结构。应用实验表明 ,包覆的纳米CaCO3用于阳极电泳漆后 ,漆膜的硬度。
A nano-calcium carbonate has been prepared by ultragravity method and coated with silica to offer the acid resistance,which can be used in wead acid anodic electrodeposition paint.The morphology,particle size,and specific surface area of the nano-calcium carbonate were characterized;the surface structure before and after coating was studied by use of infrared spectrometer.It has shown that incorporation of nano-calcium carbonate in the anodic electrodeposition paint will improve the film hardness,bath stability,and throwing power.
