摘要
研究了冷轧变形量对MGH956合金冷轧薄板再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响及其原因,结果表明:MGH956合金冷轧薄板的再结晶晶粒尺寸随着冷轧变形量的提高而增大。这是因为随着冷轧变形量的提高,MGH956合金的再结晶形核速率由于受到细小弥散颗粒的抑制作用,并未出现明显的提高,但再结晶形核核心的长大速率却有较大幅度的提高。最终就形成了晶粒尺寸与冷变形量的正相关关系。
The effects of cold rolling deformation on recrystallization grain size in MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheets were studied. It was found that the recrystallized grain size rises with the increase of cold rolling deformation. It is because that with the increase of deformation, the formation velocity of recrystallization nuclei does not rise in case of the inhibit effects of tiny dispersion on nuclei, but the grow velocity of recrystallization nuclei does rise rapidly, thus the recrystallized grain size rises.
