摘要
通过热压缩模拟试验,研究了GH4698合金在950~1150℃和0.001~3s-1之间的高温热压缩变形行为,及变形过程中的γ’相对合金动态再结晶行为的影响,采用Joans提出的公式,分析了GH4698合金的动态再结晶临界应变,并进一步获得了合金发生动态再结晶的临界变形程度与变形温度和变形速率之间的关系,及在一定变形程度下的动态再结晶体积分数。
The hot deformation behavior of superalloy GH4698 waas investigated by hot compression tests at the temperature of 950, 1000, 1050, 1100 and 1150℃ and in the strain rates range 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 3/s. It was shown that the form of the flow stress curves is sensitive to temperature and strain rate. The flow stress decreased with the increasing of deformation temperature and the decreasing of strain rate. Meanwhile, the dynamic recrystallization critical strain, critical deformation and dynamic recrystallization volume fraction were respectively obtained.
