摘要
从GH4169合金成分优化、冶炼工艺改进、开坯工艺改进、模锻工艺改进等几方面论证了GH4169合金盘锻件制备技术发展趋势,认为P、Nb含量的适当提高可显著提高合金的持久蠕变性能;将目前的双真空冶炼工艺改进为真空感应熔炼+电渣重熔+真空自耗重熔三联冶炼工艺,可大幅降低黑斑、白斑出现的几率,合金的S、O含量和夹杂物含量明显降低;采用镦拔技术开坯对钢锭的组织破碎和棒材组织性能一致性十分有利;在完善普通模锻工艺的同时,热模锻造、等温锻造和螺旋压力机模锻工艺有必要进一步深入研究。
Development Trend of Manufacturing Technology of Alloy GH4169 Disk Forging was demonstrated with respect to chemistry optimization,melting technology improvement,conversion technology improvement,die forging improvement in this paper. It was concluded that the stress rupture life and creep property of alloy GH4169 can be increased significantly by means of the moderate increase of concentration of P and Nb;The formation probability of freckles and white spots can be decreased if the melting procedure is VIM+ESR+VAR rather than VIM+ VAR, and the concentration of S and O as well as the amount of inclusion can be decreased obviously;conversion with upset-draw pattern is beneficial to the breaking of microstructure of ingot and the homogeneity of the microstructure and properties of bars;It is necessary to study further the forging technology of hot die forging, isothermal forging and screw press in addition to improve normal die forging technology.
