摘要 基因疗法是一种新的有潜力的治疗方法,几乎在各个医学领域中都有其不同的应用。至今为止,几乎所有骨科运动医学的研究都已使用了标志基因,主要是E.colilacZ基因。基因疗法存在的问题是转染细胞的表达时间有限以及不完全了解对基因表达的控制。即使基因表达的时间有限,但这项技术仍有可能运用于运动医学领域,可能成为急性损伤治疗的先进方法,在软骨、半月板、肌腱和韧带中转基因的成功会给运动损伤的治疗带来新的希望。 Gene therapy is a novel potential treatment option with various possible applications in almost every medical field. Although still in its infancy,it is the subject of much research. So far,almost all studies related to orthopedic sports medicine have used marker genes,mainly the E.coli lac Z gene. One problem in gene therapy is the limited time of gene expression in transfected cells and incomplete knowledge about the regulation of gene expression. Even within this limited time of gene expression this technique holds particular promise in the field of sports medicine. Indeed,it may even be an advantage in the treatment of acute injuries,because longterm gene expression may be undesirable. Finally,the successes of gene transfer to cartilage,menisci,tendons and ligaments provide a promising new approach to the treatment of sporting injuries.
