摘要
阐述了党的十六大报告中关于教育事业和体育事业发展的精神实质,着重论述了"三个代表"重要思想、全面建设小康社会奋斗目标、弘扬民族精神、培育文化产业、开展教育体制创新。紧密结合武汉体育学院的改革、发展实际,指出武汉体育学院要从根本上转变观念,始终保持与时俱进、开拓创新的精神状态,把发展是第一要务作为每个教师、干部的工作理念,落实在行动上。结合十六大精神,深入分析了教育事业和体育事业发展所面临的形势和任务,指出了在新的发展时期,武汉体育学院要着重解决的一系列根本问题,提出了贯彻落实十六大精神,加快武汉体育学院发展的若干设想。
In this paper,the authors elucidate the spiritual essence of education and physical education development in the reports of the Sixteenth Congress of the Party,focusing on the ideology of the 'Three Represents',the connotation of building a welltodo society across the country,giving full scope to the national spirit,nurturing the cultural industries,creating the educational innovation system,reinforcing and improving the Party building. With regard to the reality of the reform and development of Wuhan Institute of P.E.,the authors point out that the staff of the school should thoroughly change their views,keep up with the times and forge ahead. They should virtue the development as the first and foremost thing and carry it out. In view of the spirit of the Sixteenth Congress,the authors also analyze the situation and tasks facing the education and physical education development and find out problems to be solved. Moreover,they put forth ideas as to carrying out the spirit of the Sixteenth Congress and quicken the development of Wuhan Institute of P.E.
