摘要 调查分析若干两系杂交稻组合的结实性和库源关系的结果表明,除了光优6063外。多数组合的结实性均不如对照汕优63.结实率低主要是空粒多造成的,秕粒较少,并存在明显的强弱势枝梗或颖花差别.结实率高低与同化物竞争或库源协调状况有很大关系,亚种间大穗组合对源的削弱更为敏感,结实期源(叶面积)的大小,源的活性和物质运转能力都同样重要.高库源比或大穗组合应通过加强栽培,增强源的功能,以提高产量潜力.研究还初步表明,一些亚种间组合可能存在非物质供应的结实障碍;颖花中颖果发育的启动可能要比物质灌浆过程更为重要. The relationships between the spikelet fertility and sink—source feature of some two—line rice hybrids, including inter-varietal and inter-subspecific crosses, were investigated. The results indicated that the spikelet fertility of tested crosses except Guangyou 6063 (inter—varietal) was weaker than that of CK_1 (Shanyou 63). There exisited the large differences in development potential of strong and weak branches or spikelets in the different positions of panicle among all crosses. The lower percentages of seed setting for inter—subspecific crosses were mainly caused by the higher ratio of sterile grains rather than that of blighted grains. The competition for assimilates and the situation of sink—source influence largely on the process of seed setting, and the huge panicle inter—subspecific huge panicle crosses were more sensitive to the source weakened. It is same importance to act upon the seed setting for the source (leaf area) size, source activity and assimilate translocation ability. In order to increase the yield potential of high sink—source ratio or huge panicle crosses, strenthening the function of source through cultivation management should be taken into account. The study also perlimilary showed that some grain development barrier not relative to assimilate supply should have exisited in some inter-subspecific crosses, and that the development start of grain formation may be more critical than the process of grain filling.
