摘要
当前,社会背景及医疗系统内部环境都发生了很大的变化,国有医院扮演的角色和发挥的功能已不能适应新的形势,需对其进行重新定位。通过讨论我国国有医院角色和功能重新定位的依据,对新形势下国有医院角色和功能定位作出了初步思考,而后提出了几点值得注意的问题。
Currently, the background of our society and interior surroundings of medical system have changed greatly, the part that national hospitals play and the function that perform can not adapt to the new circumstance. So we should give the part and function a new orientation. The article discusses the foundation of the orientation, gives some ideas on the orientation of of part and function of state - owned hospitals under new Circumstances, then puts forward some questions that we should be attentive to.
