摘要
对中小学图书馆管理人员的现状进行了分析,提出了通过培训提高他们的业务水平的方法,并对中小学图书馆管理人员的素质要求进行了探讨.
By way of analysing library manager's status quo in the elementary and middle schools,it is put for-ward that the managers' specialty level will be improved by training and their diathesis demands are researched.
