摘要
对兰州石化公司化肥厂尿素解吸水电导率过高的原因进行了分析探讨 ,认为氨氮浓度过高是导致其电导率高的主要原因。依据该尿素解吸水水质情况 ,提出了离子交换法处理废水的技术路线 ,筛选出了适合处理该废水的阳、阴离子交换树脂的类型。确定了阳床 -混合床处理尿素解吸水的最佳工艺 ,与其他尿素解吸水回用技术相比 ,针对性强、流程短、设备台数少、处理成本低。采用该技术处理尿素解吸水氨氮脱除率可达 99% 。
The reasons of high conductance ratio of urea condesate were analyzed and the theoretical basis for the technological remoulding of urea condensate hydrolyzing system was offered.The types of ion exchange resin suitable for high ammonia containing urea condensate were selected and the optimal process for treating urea condensate was obtained.The urea condensate could be used as the high pressure boiler feed water by using this treatment process.
