摘要
以煤系硫铁矿为原料 ,在一定温度和还原气氛下进行干法热解处理 ,并对干法处理所得 Fe S渣、H2 S和 SO2 气体进行湿法催化氧化生产不溶性硫磺 .该工艺不溶性硫磺转化率可达 5 0%,得到的产品不经 CS2 浸取提纯 ,其不溶性硫磺含量在 90 %以上 ,稳定性在 90 %以上 ,该工艺为煤系硫铁矿综合利用开辟一条新路 .
The thesis put forward coal-pyrite comprehensive utilization new technology.On the condition of the certain temperature and reduction-atmosphere,coal-pyrite pyrolysis was proceeded,which get pyrolysis solid and gas product-FeS residue and H 2S,SO 2 vent gas.Insoluble sulfur has been produced by catalyst-oxidizing pyrolysis solid and gas product.Insoluble sulfur percent conversion reaches more than 50 % in the technology.Insoluble sulfur content reaches more than 90 %.Stable property reaches more than 90 %.The technology provides the new method for coal-pyrite comprehensive utilization.
