耐火纤维喷涂技术在乙烯裂解炉上的应用

摘要 针对茂名乙烯裂解炉原有保温衬里材料存在的问题 ,从喷涂耐火纤维、结合剂的选用、衬里喷涂厚度的设计以及施工方案优化等几个方面介绍了喷涂技术在裂解炉衬里喷涂改造中的实际应用情况。运行证明 :耐火纤维喷涂技术的应用可使裂解炉的热效率提高 ,拱顶不锈钢盖板外表温度下降 40℃ ,运行周期达到40天以上 ,每年可节省燃料气消耗 1314t。 The application of fire-resistant fiber spray technology in revamping the lining of the ethylene cracker furnace was described in respect of selection of fire-resistant fiber and binders, the design of spray lining thickness and optimization of construction options based upon the problems of the existing lining. The operation proved that the application of the fire-resistant fiber spray lining could enhance the heat efficiency of the cracking furnace and reduce the surface temperature of the stainless steel head plate by 40 oC. The operating cycle was over 40 days and 1341 tons of fuel gas could be saved each year.
