摘要
深圳市是我国最早进行社区卫生服务试点的城市之一 ,社区卫生服务取得了初步成绩。本文分析了深圳市社区卫生服务模式的特点和社区卫生服务可持续发展的条件和影响因素 ,对社区卫生服务的网络结构、经营管理和服务内容进行必要的剖析 ,发现对社区卫生服务管理不仅是卫生行政部门的事 ,成立社区参与管理的机构是不能缺少的措施。增强社区卫生服务活力需要政府投入、社区信任和社区卫生服务组织自身具有良好的成长机制。
Shenzhen city is one of the earliest pilots on community-based health service(CHS ) ,primary conformances have been acquired .The authors analysis deeply the model characteristic of CHS and conditions and factors of sustainable development of CHS in Shenzhen. Meanwhile CHS's net frame, form of management and service contents have been elaborated. Management for CHS is not just responsibility of health administration , we need community participation management which is very useful measure for improving CHS's qualities . The authors conclude that enhancing CHS's energy need government support, community trust and good developing mechanism of CHS organizations.
