摘要
本文采用放化分离、电沉积制源、低温半导体α谱仪测量的方法测定了59例正常人(非钍尘作业人员)骨中^(232)Th、^(230)Th 和^(228)Th 的含量。测定结果表明,骨中^(232)Th 和^(228)Th 含量的均值分别为31、23和62 Bq/kg(鲜重),标准差分别为19、18和39 Bq/kg(鲜重),骨中钍所致的平均剂量分别为:^(232)Th,0.031 mrad/a;^(230)Th,0.027 mrad/a ^(228)Th,0.085 mrad/a。骨中^(230)Th 含量与年龄呈相关,吸烟与非吸烟者之间骨中三种钍核素含量差异均不显著。
The contents of ^(232)Th,^(230)Th and ^(228)Th in the bones of normal men(not involved in thorium dust environment)were determined by means of radiochemical separation,electrodeposition and α-spectrometry.The results indicated that the mean and the standard deviation of the content of ^(232)Th、^(230)Th and ^(228)Th in bones were 31±19,23±18 and 62±39 Bq/kg(fresh weight)respectively.Themean annual dose resulted from ^(232)Th,^(230)Th and ^(228)Th in bone was estimated to be 0.031,0.027 and0.085 mrad respectively. The ^(230)Th content in bone showed to be in correlation with age.No signifi-cant difference in the contents of thorium isotopes was found between smokers and nonsmokers.
