近年来文献报道,用TiO_2(锐钛矿)改性的γ-Al_2O_3,作为钼系加氢脱硫或脱氮催化剂的载体,可明显改善催化剂的性能。因此,TiO_2在γ-Al_2O_3表面上的存在状态和性质已成为重要的研究课题。我们曾对用气相吸附法制备的TiO_2/γ-Al_2O_3复合载体中的TiO_2在γ-Al_2O_3表面上的存在状态作了初步研究,发现TiO_2在γ-Al_2O_3(Sg=211.6m^2、g)
It has been reported in our previous paper that gas phase adsorption was employed in making a complex support of HDS catalysts, TiO2/γ-Al2O3. For this support, a dispersion threshold of TiO2, 0. 168 g/g γ-Al2O3, was obtained. As long as the deposited amount of TiO2 is less than this value, TiO2 disperses onto the surface of γ-Al2O3 to form a monolayer or submonolayer as indicated by our LRS and XPS studies reported in this note. This monolayer of TiO2, dispersed on γ- Al2O3 is characterized by a LRS peak at 878 cm-1. A erystalline form of TiO2 appears when the deposited amount is above the threshold value.
