摘要
通过对多高层住宅设计现状的分析 ,指出目前多高层住宅设计中存在的问题。在住宅设计中积极采用新的结构体系和新型建筑材料已非常必要 。
The status of the structural design of multistoried and high rise residential buildings is analyzed in the paper. And some of the shortcomings of the design is listed. It is necessary to use new structural system and new building material in multistoried and high rise residential buildings. And the sound policy will affect greatly the designs of them.
