摘要
目的:为了提高上睑皮肤松垂矫正的远期效果,使之成为一种稳定持久、外眦部平展的重睑术。方法:在上睑皮肤松垂术式基础上进行改进,通过对2 989例患者进行术后随访,与传统术式进行比较和分析。结果:采用改进后的术式实施重睑术,效果稳定持久,平展程度远远优于传统手术。结论:通过上睑皮肤松垂手术切口的改进,远期效果可进一步提高。
Objective: To obtain a high effect for a long time, we think incision betterment could make outer -canthus more stand and trustiness. Methods: We made the type of traditional operation on upper eyelid, by following up 2 989 patients, and comparing with the traditional operation type. Results: The bettered method has a very hight quality, such as a long haul, more smooth and more good looks. Conclusions: By bettering the incision of upper eyelid operation, the effect at a specified future can make more improvement.
