摘要
本文研究了使用色谱柱内固定液的浓度按正弦函数关系变化,使平均涂渍色谱柱程序化,从而使组分在色谱柱内热力学和动力学行为随之变化,以期达到缩短分析时间和提高柱效能等目的,并对正弦函数涂渍规律的理论和实践问题进行了初步探讨。编制了BASIC程序,用计算机求得柱结构参数。
The gradient effect on the sine-shaped gradient loaded GC column is investigated. The theoretical equation is derived and the computer programme is given. The gradient effect and corresponding configuration of a gradient column can be calculated by computer, Theoretical and practical problems concerned with the sine-shaped gradient loaded column are discussed, The practical result shows that the gradient effects of the column on retention time and column efficiency are satisfactory.
