摘要
目的 :探讨中西医结合方法治疗糖尿病肾病 (DN)的临床疗效。方法 :将 90例 DN患者随机分为对照组、依那普利组及葛根素合用依那普利组。比较 3组 2 4 h尿微量白蛋白 (U m Alb)定量。结果 :两个治疗组用药后 U m Alb均明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,以葛根素合用依那普利组降低更明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,葛根素合用依那普利组与依那普利组治疗后比较差异明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :联合应用葛根素及血管转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)是治疗 DN安全有效的方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of puerarin injection(葛根素注射液)combine with Enalaprilat in treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Ninety cases with DN were randomly divided into control group,Enalaprilat group,puerarin+Enalaprilat group.Twentyfour hours urine micro albumin(UmAlb) were observed and compared within three groups.Results:The UmAlb were reduced significantly after treatment in two therapeutic groups( P <0 05, P <0 01).There was much obviously decreased in puerarin + Enalaprilat group than control group( P <0 01).There was significantly difference after treatment between puerarin + Enalaprilat group and Enalaprilat group( P <0 05).Conclusion:Unite puerarin with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) is an effective and safe therapy in DN.
