摘要
在20世纪80年代直接纺短丝生产线进行增量改造的基础上,采用高密度多孔喷丝板和低阻尼中心环吹技术,为提高原丝质量而进行的纺丝工艺探讨,认为吹风风量和吹出距离对纺丝工程和原丝质量有明显影响。
Based on the expansion revamping of direct spinning production line of staple fibers in the 1980' s, the spinning process was studied to promote the quality of precursor by high density multihole spinnerette and low damping center ring blowing quench technology. It was considered that one of the key processes of fiber fabrication was that the quench air rate and distance exerted an evident influence on the spinning process and precursor quality.
