摘要
在历史上 ,德国以“教育国”著称于世 ,在 19世纪初到 2 0世纪初的一百多年中 ,德国的初等教育、中等教育、高等教育、师范教育、教育行政及教育思想 ,均领先于其他西方国家。正是教育 ,尤其是普及教育的发达 ,成为德国跻身世界强国的法宝 。
Germany used to be know as a“county of education”.During one hundred years from earley 19th century to early 20th century,Germany was ahead of other western countries in elementary,middle,higher and normal education as well as educational administration and education concept.It is education,especially the popularization of education,that has made Germany a strong economic power in the world.Its historical experience can be taken as our reference.
