摘要
文章从时代特点出发,论述了行为心理演变规律,并进而利用其激励广大高校教师积极向上的一般方法,并以宁波高等专科学校为实例,证实了该系列方法的行之有效。
The paper,from the perspective of fe atures of our era,discusses ways to e mploy psychology to stimulate our college teachers,pro ving the effectiveness of these meth ods with Ningbo College as a case in point.
