摘要
学校文化建设是通过精神文化的作用 ,用学校特有的无形的文化力量 ,形成教职工和学生遵循的理想信念、道德规范、价值观念、行为准则 ,以达到学校整体素质提高的目的。学校文化建设 ,包括精神文化、制度文化、群体文化、个体文化、管理文化、形象文化、环境文化等方面 。
This article tells of the importance of the campus culture in the higher professional colleges including:spirit cultrue,system culture,mass culture,individual culture,management culture,image culture and environment culture.It also points out that it is necessary to promote this works in the colleges.
