摘要
通过缩聚反应合成了含三芳胺聚西夫碱(polyschiffbase)功能材料聚N,N′ 三苯胺基对苯甲亚胺(PSB 1)和N,N′ 三苯胺基乙二甲亚胺(PSB 2)。采用红外分光光度计、1HNMR仪及紫外光谱仪对其结构进行了表征。光致双折射测量结果表明,两种材料均具有较大的光致双折射值,δn值分别为0.01和0.0013;又用渡越时间法(TOF)测量了PSB 1聚合物薄膜的空穴迁移率,μ值为1.68×10-4cm2·V-1·s-1。
Two novel functional materials containing triphenylamine used as monomer were birefringence effects and the considerable values were obtained to be 0.01 and 0.0013; The drift mobility of hole carrier in PSB1 polymeric film was also measured to be μ=1.68×10-4cm2·V-1·s-1 by means of time of flight (TOF) technique.
