摘要
半刚性基层温缩裂缝是一个带普遍性的技术问题,其混合料组成设计是建立在抗压强度基础上的,但大多数工程使用标准却是由裂缝控制的。运用建筑力学基础理论,在半刚性基层与下承层相互作用基础上,推导出半刚性基层温缩应力、温缩裂缝间距及宽度的近似计算公式,分析了影响温缩性质的因素,探讨了温缩裂缝形成规律,并从设计和施工两方面提出了半刚性基层温缩裂缝的控制措施。
The thermocontraction crack on the semirigid base course is a general technical problem.The design method of the mixture composition is based on the compressive strength,but most engineering standards are concerned with the crack. In this paper,on the basis of the interaction between the semirigid base course and the subbase,the approximate formulas of the thermal stress on the semirigid base course and the thermocontraction crack space and width are deduced by using the basic theory of architecture dynamics. The factors which have influence on the thermocontraction characteristics are analyzed. The forming regularity of the thermocontraction crack is investigated,and the measures for controlling the thermocontraction crack are also given in regard to the design and construction.
