摘要
近几年来国内引进的大圆机不断增多,而配套用的细针距舌针主要依赖进口,每年需要大量外汇。为实现细针距舌针的国产化,烟台针织器材厂在分析国外先进样品的基础上,结合本厂工艺设备状况,合理制定标准和工艺路线,更新改造关键设备,自制检测量具,并加强质量控制,先后开发了30多个品种,600多万枚,顶替了部分进口,为国家节约了外汇。
In recent years circular knitting machines of large diameters are continu-ously introduced to China.Fine gauge latch needles for such machine have beenperchased mainly from abroad which needs large amount of foreign currency.In order to make fine gauge larch needles through self-reliance,Yantai KnittingAccessories Factory,according to the analyses of overseas advanced needle sam-ples and the present technology and equipment of their own,has set up rea-senable standerds and technological process,renewed the key machinery,madesome inspection and measuring tools by themselves and strengthened quality control.Up to now,they have developed more than 6 million fine gauge nee-dies of 30 sorts which have partly replaced the imported needles and savedforeign exchange for our country.
