摘要
首先,从制造战略的内涵和国内外研究现状出发,说明了我国研究制造战略的迫切性,阐述了制造战略对我国制造企业提升市场竞争力的影响;其次,从制造业所面临的外部环境和内部环境分析了在我国研究制造战略所具备的有利条件;最后,指出了我国制造战略研究中应注意的问题。
Firstly, the paper explained the urgency of research on manufacturing strategy and its status quo at home and abroad, and then expounded the effects of manufacturing strategy over manufacturing enterprise in improving their competitiveness. Secondly, based on the analysis of external and internal environment, it studied the advantages for the research of manufacturing strategy in China. Finally, the issues of significance in China's manufacturing strategy research were indicated.
