摘要
分析面肌痉挛的病因病机 ,认为针灸治疗面肌痉挛时选取面部穴位容易导致局部阳气亢奋 ,而应当选取四肢及腹部的穴位以通络解痉。
The article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis and claims that,in the treatment of facial spasm,needling facial acupoints may bring about hyperactivity of yang qi.Therefore,acupoints on the limbs and abdomen should be used to unblock meridians and relieve spasm.And a proven case was listed.
