摘要
观察补肾活血法治疗马兜铃酸肾病 (AAN)的临床疗效。将 6 5例马兜铃酸肾病患者 ,采用补肾活血法为主辨证治疗 ,疗程 8周。结果 :显效 31例 ,有效 2 2例 ,无效 12例 ,总有效率81 5 %。提示补肾活血法对马兜铃酸肾病具有较好的疗效。同时显示 。
To observe the clinical efficacy of kidney nourishing and blood activating therapy in the treatment of aristolochic acid nephropathy (AAN),65 cases were treated by this therapy for 8 weeks.Results showed marked effectiveness in 31 cases,effectiveness in 22 cases and failure in 12 cases,and the total effective rate was 81 5%.It is revealed that this therapy is quite effective for ANN,chronic ANN in particular.
