摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体切除术治疗复杂眼外伤术中护理方法。方法 采取术前心理护理 ,充分的术前准备 ,舒适方便的体位安置 ,严密的术中病情观察等措施。结果 采取以上措施患者术中血压稳定 ,心率平稳 ,并发症减少 ,患者满意度99% ,医生满意度 1 0 0 %。
Methods To study the interoprative nursing methods of vitrectomy on patients with severe ocular trauma.Methods Preoperative psychological nursing,sufficient preoperative preparation,comfortable operating theater environment,easy position,and careful interoperative observation were adopted.Results Blood pressure and heart rate of patients were stable during operation,complications were less.99% of patients and 100% of doctors felt satisfaction to interoperative nursing.Conclusion These intraoperative nursing methods advance the success of vitrectomy on patients with severe ocular trauma.
