沐舒坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期 (COPD)的治疗作用。方法 60例患者根据入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组接受沐舒坦针剂治疗。结果治疗组在改善咳嗽、咳痰等方面有效率达 91.18% ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论沐舒坦针剂不失为一种安全性高、疗效确切的祛痰剂 ,能较快地控制病情、缩短疗程 ,并具有起效快 ,给药方便等特点 。
