摘要
介绍了作者研制的双层滑片压缩机 ,这种压缩机的每个滑片槽内都安放两块重叠而又可以相对自由滑动的滑片。利用建立的动力学模型对双层滑片压缩机的运动、受力、摩擦、磨损及强度等进行了全面分析 ,结果表明双层滑片结构能够减少正约束力的幅值 ,降低摩擦损失和磨损量 ,在改善端部密封的同时又减轻了滑片摩擦和磨损 。
The developed twin piece vane compressor was presented,in which free movable double vanes are assembled in each slot machined in the rotor.By analyzing the motion, forces, friction,wear and stress of the dual vanes with the aid of the developed dynamic model,it was demonstrated that the twin piece vane compressor can decrease the binding forces,friction loss and wear on the vane tip,the maximum of the force can be decreased,and the friction losses and wear of the vane can be lessened. The life and mechanical efficiency of the compressor is increased.
