摘要
根据我国目前肌苷生产的实际水平 ,对肌苷发酵生产效果进行分析 ,设立统一的等级标准。利用模糊数学方法对反映肌苷发酵生产效果的诸多指标进行数学处理 ,综合评判各发酵罐 /批的发酵水平。
According to the present actual inosine production level in China, the united fermentation level grade standard was established. The various co-relative indexes reflecting the production results of fermentation were dealed with fuzzy mathematics to evaluate each batch comprehensively.
