摘要
教育研究素质是现代教师素质结构的重要内容 ,是教师成为研究者的基础 ;教师的研究素质由理论素质、研究能力和研究道德素质三部分组成 ;教育研究素质在提高教师整体素质 。
Qualification of educational research is an intergral part of the qualifying structure of modern teachers,as well as the precondition for teachers to be turned into researchers.Theory qualification,researching ability and research of moral qualification make up teacher's researching qualification:qualification of educational research plays a vitally important role both in enhancing teacher's qualification and promoting of tercher major.
