摘要
海运服务贸易自由化是WTO多边贸易谈判的重要议题之一,加入WTO意味着海运服务市场的进一步开放,将给国内海运企业带来巨大挑战。为了与国际大市场和WTO接轨,我国海运业相关法律体系、市场准入制度、行政管理制度等若干方面亟待完善。
The liberalization of maritime transport service is one of the substantial topics in the multilateral trade negotiation of WTO. Entry into WTO means the further opening of maritime service market and will bring great challenges to domestic maritime enterprises. On the basis of reviewing WTO legal system on maritime transport service and the present condition of domestic maritime industry, this article brings forward the opinion that the relevant legal system in domestic maritime industry, market access system, treatment criteria of domestic and foreign enterprises and administrative management are all needed to be perfected.
