摘要 目的 探讨宫颈分泌物解脲脲原体 (uu)DNA阳性的孕妇其宫颈分泌物白细胞介素 8(IL 8)的浓度与不良妊娠结局的关系。方法 取门诊产前检查的正常孕妇 4 5例 ,分别作宫颈分泌物uuDNA检测和IL 8浓度测定。结果 uuDNA(+)同时伴有高水平的IL 8者与不良妊娠结局的发生显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 uuDNA(+)同时伴有高水平的IL 8提示有uu宫内感染可能 。 Objective To investigate the relationship between IL 8 and Ureaplasma urealyticum DNA(uuDNA) in cervical secretion of pregnant women and the outcome of pregnancy. Methods Determination of uu DNA and IL 8 in secretion of cervix in 45 women with normal pregnancy. Result There is significant relationship between uu DNA(+) accompanied by high levels of IL 8 and adverse pregnancy outcome. Conclusion uu DNA(+) accompanied by high levels of IL 8 may suggest a state of UU infection and can result in adverse pregnancy outcome.
