摘要
探讨了K211镍基铸造高温合金在800一900℃温度范围内蠕变第一、二阶段的行为特性。
This paper deals with primary and steadystate creep behavior of cast nickel-
base superalloy K211 at the range of 800—900℃.Garofalo's and Li's equations were applied to
the test of the primary creep.The test results have shown that the creep rate(■)and the time
(t)are in comformity with Li's equation,Which is expressed as In(1-■_s/■)=-Kt+C.At the
steady-state creep the minimun creep rate (■) and the temperature(T)meet the equation ■=A·
exp(-Q_(?)/RT).Under the condition of the temperature(900℃)and the stress(235MPa).The
specimen was kept tensile until in the steady-state creep's mid-course(249h),the carbides
(MC·M_6C)were almost unchanged yet,but the particles of γ′ phase grew up evidently.
