摘要 长期以来 ,钻井工作者一直在致力于钻井过程中钻井液井下循环压力计算精度的提高 ,以保证钻井施工安全、快速的进行。文章用Herschel-Bulkley模式描述钻井液的流变特性 ,考虑温度、钻柱偏心和旋转对钻井液在环空和钻柱内流动的影响 ,提出了一个新的钻井液循环压力计算的水力模式 ,计算结果与不同井深的实测数据比较表明 ,该模式具有较高的精度 。 For a long time past,drilling circles have been devoting to raising the precision of calculating downhole drilling fluid circulating pressure in the process of drilling so as to make a safe and rapid drilling operation.On the basis of describing the rheological property of drilling fluid by Herschel-Bulkley model and in consideration of the influence of the temperature,drill stem eccentricity and rotation on the drilling fluid flowing in annular space and drilling string,a novel hydraulic model of calculating circulating pressure of drilling fluid is put forward in the paper.Through comparing the results calcuated with those measured at different well depths,it is shown that this model may meet a demand for on-site brilling operation,being of high accuracy.
