摘要
本研究结果表明:(1)三突花蛛(Misumenops tricuspidatus)的卵在35℃恒温条件下不能孵化。(2)在15°-32℃恒温条件下随温度升高历期逐渐缩短,脱皮次数也随之减少,以25°-30℃恒温条件下幼蛛的存活率较高;同一温度梯度下雄蛛的平均历期均短于雌蛛。(3)在28℃恒温条件下产卵率为最高,产卵量最高;25℃下孵化率最高,30℃下生育力最强。(4)三突花蛛在繁殖力上具有种的稳定性。
The results of our studies demonstrate that: 1) under a constant temperature of 35℃, the eggs of M. tricuspidatus could not hatch; 2) between 15℃-32℃, the duration shortened gradually with the rising of temperature. From 25℃-30℃ the survival rate of the spiderlings was higher than under other temperatures. Under the same temperature, the duration of the male spiders was shorter than that of the females; 3) in the range of 25℃-30℃, the ovipo-sition rate was the highest with maximum number of eggs laid, the highest hatching rate was obtained under 25℃, while the fecundity was the strongest at a constant temperature of 30℃; 4) the fertility of M. tricuspidatus was stable at the level of species.
