摘要
纺织车间中,吸尘是不容忽视的工作之一。但多年来,粗纱纺织机中的吸尘风机的使用效率一直很低,分析原粗纱纺织机中的吸尘风机存在的问题,提出新的设计方案,经实验室试验及现场配套使用证实:该风机的实际使用效率比原风机效率有大幅度的提高,对粗纱纺织机配套使用具有实际推广价值,为纺织厂节能增效提出一条新的途径。
Dust collection in a textile workshop is an important problem which cannot be neglected. However, the fan for dust collection installed for the spinning machine worked with a very low efficiency. In this work, problems of the original fan for dust collection were analyzed, and a new design scheme was presented. Based on an experimental investigation and in-service use, it was concluded that the efficiency of the newly developed fan is much higher than that of the original one and will be employed widely for spinning machines.
