摘要
本文基于公司治理的角度,用创新动力、创新能力、创新权力和创新决策四个变量来描述企业家技术创新的行为特征,并构建了关于四个变量相互关系的综合模型。分析表明,企业家的创新决策是其重要的行为特征,创新决策是创新动力、创新能力和创新权力的综合反映。创新能力的发挥受到创新动力和权力的影响,而企业家的创新动力和创新权力在很大程度上取决于董事会所能够运用的内部和外部治理机制。
On the basis of corporate governance,the paper describes the traits of te chnological innovation for en-trepreneurs through four variables of innovative motivation,competen ce,power,and decision -making,con struct a comprehensive model on the four variables.The analysis shows,innovation decision -making of entrepreneur s is an important behavior traits,innovation decision -making is a comprehensive reflection on innovative motiva tion,com-petence,and power.The function of i nnovation competence is affected by motivation and power.Motivation an d power are decided by the internal and external governance mechanism that the board of directors operate.
