摘要
本文以国内现用的苏联“锅炉机组热力计算标准方法”中的炉膛换热计算部分为基础,通过理论分析及国内二十几台锅炉机组实际运行数据的整理,建立了新的M值,ξ值计算及取值方法,并将形状系数f值引入炉膛出口温度计算方法中,从而,给出了一种新的炉膛出口温度计算方法.按本方法对一些实际运行锅炉进行了计算验证,结果表明:本方法的炉膛出口温度计算值与实测值相符合,绝对偏差仅为(0~30)℃,比苏联“标准方法”计算所得的绝对偏差减小(2~50)℃.
Starting from former USSR codes for boiler furnace heat transfer calculation by theoretical deduction and data collection of more than twenty boilers operating in China, new parameters M, are introduced together with shape coeffecient f in a new way of calculating furnace outlet temperature. Verification shows that the furnace outlet temperature calculated this new method comply well with test results with deviations 2~ 50C less than those obtained by using USSR codes.
