摘要
质量是期刊的生命 ,学报编辑的素质高低对期刊的质量起到直接作用 ,因此学报编辑要从四个方面不断提高自身素质 ,这样才能适应知识经济时代对学报编辑的要求。
The qualitry is the life of a periodical,the innate quality or property of academic periodical-editor plays a direct role in improving the quality of periodical.We should improve the editor's innate quality or property from four aspectes to adapt to the function of academic periodical-editor in the knowledge economial epoch.
